What is Youth Performance Training?

Youth Performance Training (YPT)focuses on the athletic foundation behind all sports. We are Building Better Athletes.
 

Young athletes develop critical physical skills in a safe, fun, and developmentally appropriate environment.

These sessions will challenge your athlete and help them develop skills to improve their athleticism including:

  • Speed

  • Agility

  • Quickness

  • Coordination

  • Strength

Winter Training Details

Training will be held at Treynor FIT. If your child is already a member of Treynor FIT then please refer to the member rate for sessions. If your child is not a member of Treynor FIT (or you do not have a Family Membership), please refer to the Non-Member rate. For more information on memberships, please contact Treynor FIT.

What should my athlete bring?

Appropriate workout gear and shoes. It is preferred that they have separate shoes for training that are not dirty, wet, or tracking in the outside stuff that gets on shoes (especially in the winter). 

Water bottle recommended. Typical stuff for practice / training. 

Do I have to sign a waiver if I signed one this summer?

Who will be leading the sessions? 

We are not members and the Treynor FIT doors are locked. How do I get in?
